An Organic Self Tan? (Review) #thermalabs

March 18, 2015 By Sam Sly Leave a Comment

 Thermalab

This summer I can enjoy a golden glow without exposing my skin to sun damage! I can do that with the help of Thermalabs Natural Organic Self  Tanner.

Thermalabs provided compensation including a free sample of their Thermalabs Natural Organic Self  Tanner . All opinions are my own and were not approved and do not represent of Thermalabs. I had good experience with another Thermalabs product, Glow2Go, so look forward to sharing this one with my readers.

I have a mixed relationship with self tanning products. I love a light “tan” color, but usually find self tanners messy and smelly. I have had success with spray-on tans but they are expensive and tend to give a little too much color (not to mention the smell!). Is Thermalabs Natural Organic Self  Tanner the right self tanning solution for me? It just may be!

Glow2Gobefore and after
I took these pictures after using the Glow2Go tanning towelletes by Thermalab. I have found the lotion gives pretty much the same color on my skin.

As mentioned, I had good experience testing and reviewing Thermalabs Glow2Go self tanning towelettes. I loved the ease of application and gradual yet buildable color. While the towelettes are neat and easy to travel with, I think I prefer a lotion.  It is really just a matter of personal preference. Enter Thermalabs Natural Organic Self  Tanner!

The bottle is a convenient pump bottle and I found it mess-free and easy to dispense (even with gloves on!). The lotion is a little thicker than I expected and took a little while to absorb but that isn’t surprising given the ingredients. The time it took to absorb surprised me the most…

Ingredients for Thermalabs Natural Organic Self  Tanner:

Selftannersteps
Here is an image provided by Thermalab. Yes, it looks like a thick lotion when first applied as sown in the top right image.

Directions From Thermalab:

Exfoliate with a mild scrub before application.

Wash hands with soap after applying to avoid stains. Avoid direct contact with eyes.

The lotion absorbs into the skin and works as fast as 4 hours. Visit Thermalabs website for in depth instructions, tips, articles and much more.
