My initial impression of Pom Pom Pam is that she is very colorful, cuddly and seems well made. There are no buttons or small parts that a child could brake off that seems hazardous. She is also very soft as you would expect from a knit doll. Pom Pom Pam is hand made from organic cotton. All in all, she is an adorable toy for a special child. We have a third party test our toys – we meet all US standards for testing – honestly it’s a knit toy with no plastic parts and no choking hazards …..
- The yarn is tested safe (no lead or harmful chemicals)
- The poly fill is tested safe (no lead or harmful chemicals)
- The labeling is tested so there is no traces of lead in the ink
- The toys are tested for flammability issues
- And finally they are tested for choking hazards or parts pulling off
