How to make the perfect Carprese Salad using Gourmet Living Balsamic Vinegar via www.feelingfit.info #foodie #bloggersperks sponsoredrecipe Caprese salad is one of my favorites during Spring and Summer. I recently enjoyed an amazing Caprese at a local farm restaurant and realized it is a healthy and easy way to enjoy Summer’s bounty. I set out to learn wow to make perfect olive oil and balsamic vinegar Caprese salad. It didn’t take long to figure it out, it really helps to start with good ingredients. With the right ingredients it is hard to go wrong with this recipe. I was fortunate that I had Gourmet Living’s Balsamic Vinegar of Modena on hand (I received a bottle to test and review). Balsamic Vinegar is a staple in my kitchen, but I never really felt excited about it.

Seared Ahi is a perfect complement to this Caprese salad using Gourmet Living's Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. Recipe and review on www.feelingfit.info
Last Night’s Dinner: Caprese Salad and seasoned, seared ahi tuna steaks. I am a little heavy on the balsamic vinegar reduction sauce as it is too good to waste.

I am just getting into cooking with balsamic vinegar and trying and developing recipes.  Healthy balsamic vinegar offers a delicious flavor to your favorite salads and recipes.  How to make the perfect Carprese Salad using Gourmet Living Balsamic Vinegar via www.feelingfit.info #foodie #bloggersperks

My Experience With Gourmet Living’s Balsamic Vinegar of Modena:

How to make the perfect Carprese Salad using Gourmet Living Balsamic Vinegar via www.feelingfit.info #foodie #bloggersperks It is hard to go wrong with Caprese since it is really all about the tomatoes and the basil. Good cheese also helps. I never really thought much about the vinegar, but I know some of my friends add honey or sugar to their Caprese dressing. With Gourmet Living’s Balsamic Vinegar, I feel no need to add any sugar or sweetener. The vinegar is already naturally sweet and concentrated. I think this is the best balsamic vinegar I have tasted so far. I feel it too my Caprese to the next level. I have also used it in barbeque (pulled chicken), to make a nice olive oil and vinegar salad dressing, and in a marinade for fish and shrimp.  It also makes an amazing dip for bread.
