Fe Fit Review – Fe’ Fit is a 90-Day Fitness Experience Review
Fe’ Fit is a upbeat, efficient workout system for women. The workouts are all about 30 minutes or less and feature a mix of barre, cardio, flowing stretches and strength training. Sam had the privilege to try workouts from the Fe’ fit system.
The Fe’ Fit system is tailored to busy moms. Other busy women and men may still get a great workout, but the cuing and motivational talk is aimed towards mothers.
I was immediately impressed with the attractively presented materials. It arrived in their signature pink and white packaging. The supporting materials were glossy, attractive, well-organized and did I mention pink?
There are 7, 21 and 90 day versions of the program. The system features 28 unique workouts within 7 fun fitness genres: Cardio Circuit, Core, Lower Body, Upper Body, Total Body Toning, Barre and Stretch Flow exercises.
From Fe’ Fit: What’s in a name?
“Fe’ is named after the periodic symbol for iron. Iron is strong, versatile and essential to a healthy life. It also, quite literally, makes the core of our world. And while it has a natural strength about it, it has the power to transform into so much more. We believe Fe’ perfectly represents the strength of motherhood. Moms are the core element of the family, the strength that holds it together.”
(From Fe’ Fit 90 Day Fitness Experience introductory materials).
My impressions from following several of the workouts. The workouts are efficient and fun. You can of one 30 minute (ish) workout or combine two if you have longer to exercise. The flexible calendar offers plans for a 3 day a week, 4 day a week, 5 day a week or 6 day a week program. I love the flexibility and efficiency of Fe’ Fit!

- It is a well organized and efficient program.
- There is a positive and upbeat vibe. The lead instructor presents with energy and the demonstrators demonstrate decent form and modifications.
- There is no wasted time in any of the workouts I have followed or pre-viewed!
- The workouts are well suited to exercising in a small portion of my living room.
This Workout DVD Might Not Be For You If:
- You are bothered to fairly frequent mention of “moms”. I know this is a motivating plus for many, but I can see it might be painful to some especially if recovering from a miscarriage.
- You prefer heavy weight lifting. I like a mix of training and definitely feel my muscles working hard during Fe’ Fit workouts.
