Today’s workout was Brooklyn Bridge Boot Camp workout dvd with Ariane Hundt. I rented this one from www.kineticflix.com and it was my first time following it.
Equipment Used: Looped resistance band, an exercise step, a yoga mat (optional), a wall and a chair.
First impressions: This was a fun, challenging workout using body-weight calisthenics, resistance band exercises and simple cardio exercises. The body-weight exercises included several sets of push-ups, dips, step ups, walking lunges, jump squats and others. The aerobic intervals involved either running or simple movements like jumping jacks. I got tired of knee up jogging in place and jumping jacks so I did a variety of other movements.
