Today, I enjoyed a couple of workouts. In the morning, I walked 4 miles round trip to and from my swimming class and also took a 30 minute swimming class. The total time is about 90 minutes of activity.
Later, I practiced hoop dancing for 20 minutes then followed the stretching portion of the dvd: “Savage and Serene” by Michael Olajide, Jr. and Leila Feizel. This is a very thorough 30 minute full body stretch.
