If you have fair skin you know the right blush can make a difference. It can give you a fresh, healthy look. A sexy flush. Or a dramatically sculpted look. Choosing flattering blush and lipstick shades can also help avoid a washed out look when wearing black or white tops.
My longtime favorites are Benefits‘s Benetint and Nar’s Orgasm. However, I also have some new favorites. I find that cream and stains blushers look nice on my pale skin. The color is buildable, blendable and often the stain has a transparent quality that makes even a strong color surprisingly wearable. Creams and stains are not as easy to apply as powder blushes. Getting your desired look may require a little experimentation. I have had best luck applying them while my skin is still slightly damp from moisturizer. I also apply and blending with either a cosmetic sponge or a foundation brush.
