Welcome to my round up for the Pin It Party 7. This is my first Pin It Party so I will share an assortment of posts from Feeling Fit. To see other Pin It Party 6 Posts, visit: www.theleangreenbean.com/pin-it-party-7

Recipe – Cod With Greek Yogurt Harissa Sauce:
This tangy, zesty and spicy recipe features my homemade Harissa (a Tunisian chili, garlic and spice paste). It is a lovely fusion of Mediterranean inspired flavors including Spanish paprika, Tunisian-inspired Harissa, Greek Yogurt, lemon zest, olive oil and more! It is also high in protein and can be served low fat, or low carb depending on one’s needs or preferences.
Recipe: Matcha Chocolates:
These are easy and unique. While I advocate healthy food choices most of the time, I believe in healthy moderation which may include occasional “sometimes treats”. Here is one sometimes treat featured on Feeling Fit. I’ve been told it tastes like a concentrated version of a Starbucks Green Tea Latte. I used a mix of white chocolate, high quality Matcha and mint.
Tutorial: How to Measure And Calibrate Your Stride for Your Fitbit, Activity Tracker or Pedometer:
This is one of Feeling Fit’s earlier posts and is where most of my search engine traffic comes from. Using this method, I was able to make my Fitbit One more reliable and convenient than my phone GPS at estimating distance on measured tracks and routes. Of course, your miles may very literally vary!
Fit Style: A Workout Style Collection Featuring Coovy Performance Yoga Tank Top:
Feeling Fit frequently features reviews, giveaways and an occasional style collection. These relate to some aspect of Feeling Fit including eating well, fitness, activity, relaxation, rewarding yourself for your hard work, preventing or managing stress, sleeping well or looking as fit as your feel.
Activity Tips: Ten Tips to Increase Your NEAT Activity
Activity outside out intended workouts is just as important as our workouts. Moving throughout the day helps keep us alert, helps with circulation, minimizes minor aches and pains, resets our posture and helps keep us “feeling fit”!
